We have 20-30% extra diamonds in each kit, we have good quality control, if you found missing diamonds, please check all kits for this order. We will only send you the missing diamonds once for free on the same order, so please check all kits for your order.
How do I get the missing diamonds?
Step 1: Take a photo for the instructions and the canvas (the photo contains the entire canvas and instructions and must be clearly visible)
Step 2: Find the DMC number of the missing diamonds (If more than one set of diamonds has missing diamonds, please describe the DMC numbers of the different sets separately)
Step 3: Email your photo along with a brief explanation of what happened. Please use the following format for your message to us:

Email: (the email you used when placing your order)
Previous order number:
Description of the problem:
Step 4: Our customer service will respond to you within 2-4 business days!
Step 5: We will send you the missing diamonds free of charge. (Please be patient to wait for the diamonds)
We sell directly from factory, we have over 50 employees, we will prepare your orders within 2-3 days (If some of the best-selling products are out of stock, it may take a few working days.) We will choose the best one Shipping method to send your packages.
The general delivery time is 7-15 working days. If you have not received the package after 15 days, please contact us by email: service@rainbowdiamondpainting.com, our customer service will reply you within 3 working days and help you solve your problem.
